Mental Health Supported Living

Support Focussed On Outcomes

Our supported living service provides safe, structured homes for individuals aged 17+ with mental health needs, alongside tailored day to day support. We support people to live as independently as possible within their own accommodation, with staff trained to support a wide range of needs, including PRICE-informed approaches. Our teams work within each home to create stable, supportive environments where individuals feel secure, respected and empowered, while working closely with families, commissioners and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
