Our specialist supported living service combines safe, structured homes with tailored, day to day support for individuals aged 17+ with a range of support needs. We deliver support on a 1:1 through to 4:1 basis, depending on individual need, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own accommodation. Our trained staff deliver support across a wide range of needs, including PRICE informed approaches. Our teams create stable, supportive environments where individuals feel secure, respected and empowered, working closely with families, commissioners and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
