About Us

About Us

At Komplex Community, we are dedicated to improving the lives of adults facing complex mental health challenges. Partnering closely with Local Authorities and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), we deliver impactful, responsive, and tailored services to meet evolving individual needs. Our focus is on building lasting partnerships and making a real difference. We are committed to empowering individuals with the support and resources they need to thrive. Through continuous innovation and feedback-driven improvements, we ensure our services remain person-centred.

Our Why

We believe every individual with high level mental health needs, learning disabilities or autism should be able to live within the community with the right level of clinical support in place to ensure the very best outcomes.

Everyone is different, which means their care plan should be different too. We take a person-centred approach, tailoring each package of support to the individual’s needs, in conjunction with their families and their wider health and social care team.

We are extremely proud of our in-house Training Academy which enables us to progress the careers of dedicated care professionals. We’re also part of the Restraint Reduction Network and accredited PRICE trainers (Protecting Rights In a Caring Environment).

With the right care and housing provision in place makes a significant difference to people’s lives. We see time and time again that individuals can achieve better outcomes – living well in the community rather than an inpatient setting.
