At Komplex Community, we are proud to share the findings from our recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection.
The report reflects the dedication, compassion and high standards that guide everything we do. More than a formal assessment, it captures the culture behind our service – one built on partnership, accountability and a shared commitment to helping people feel safe, respected and empowered.
The inspection highlighted the strong trust we’ve developed with commissioners across the sector. They described us as “responsive and professional,” praised our clear communication, and shared that they have “full confidence” in our approach. Being recognised as proactive, reliable and easy to work with reinforces the value we place on transparency and collaborative working.
The voices of the people we support were especially meaningful.
Individuals said they “feel safe and well supported,” are treated with “kindness and respect,” and feel listened to in decisions about their care. Families echoed this impact, sharing that they have seen “real positive change” and finally experience “peace of mind.” These reflections speak not just to compliance, but to genuine, person-centred outcomes.
Inspectors also recognised our visible and approachable leadership, alongside a knowledgeable and confident staff team.
Our teams were praised for understanding individual needs, responding calmly and effectively, and ensuring care plans remain personalised and up to date. Robust governance systems further support quality and safety, providing a strong foundation for continuous monitoring and improvement.
While we are incredibly proud of this progress, we remain focused on what comes next. For us, quality care is not an end point – it is the standard we build upon every day as we continue to learn, grow and strengthen the support we provide.
If you are looking for trusted, compassionate and person-centred care, our team is here to help.
