We’re Hiring a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant!🚨

➡️Are you compassionate, dedicated, and eager to support a young client with complex needs? We’re looking for a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant to join our specialist care team in Milton Keynes.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred care to a vibrant client who enjoys social activities. You’ll work closely with a skilled clinical team to deliver high-quality, nurse-led support in the client’s own home.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience or interest in complex care support
✔️ Compassionate and patient-centred approach
✔️ Confidence supporting personal care, medication administration, and PEG feeding
✔️ Full UK Driving Licence required
✔️ Willingness to work flexible shifts and be part of a multidisciplinary team
✔️ Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care is desirable

Position details:
📍 Location: Milton Keynes
🕒 Shifts: Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 22:00

Meet Sam – Business Development Lead, Cycle Champ, and Culture Advocate 🚴‍♂️

We caught up with Sam, a vital member of our Business Development team here at Komplex Group. With a calm, strategic mindset and a passion for purpose-led work, Sam supports ICBs and Case Managers to source the delivery of safe, effective, and value-driven care across Komplex – ensuring outcomes that truly matter.

What sets Sam apart? His ability to build trusted relationships, spot opportunities for innovation, and bring energy to every conversation. He’s the kind of colleague who makes complex challenges feel manageable.

Outside of work, Sam’s pushing limits for a cause close to his heart. He’s currently training for a 206-mile cycle from London to Paris in support of a men’s mental health charity – proving that when purpose meets perseverance, anything is possible. 💪💙
