Komplex Group runs its own in-house training academy, overseen by industry-leading healthcare professionals, meaning our staff are constantly improving their knowledge and skills.

This helps us attract the very best staff from across the UK, so we can provide care for even the most complex of cases.

Care Quality Commission

All of our services are regulated under the Health and Social Care Act, and registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Komplex Community has an experienced Registered Manager in place, and we work alongside the outcomes as measured by the CQC.

Restraint Reduction Network

We are proud to be part of the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN), which exists to make a real difference to the lives of the people we support, who are often vulnerable and can become distressed in certain situations. In rare occasions, there may be the need to use restraint to keep clients safe, but we recognise that this can be traumatic for everyone involved.

We use techniques and tools to reduce the need for restraint, such as positive behaviour support and de-escalation techniques, and all of our staff are highly-trained to deal with even the most challenging situations to ensure the very best outcomes for our clients.
