We caught up with Mandy, our incredible Registered

We caught up with Mandy, our incredible Registered Manager at Komplex Care, who brings over 30 years of experience and unwavering passion to her role. From domiciliary care to nursing homes and private client management, Mandy has truly done it all - and she’s just as passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care today as when she first started! 💙

At Komplex Care, Mandy oversees the safe and effective delivery of our services, supports our nursing and operations teams, and works closely with families to make sure care is not only safe, but meaningful and empowering.

Outside of work, Mandy lives in Liverpool with her husband, three sons, an energetic cat named Ziggy Stardust, and a royal python called Loki 🐍 — never a dull moment! She loves music (especially David Bowie 🎤), nature walks, and finding strength through her faith and church community.

💬 We asked Mandy: Which celebrity would you love to have dinner with?
“David Bowie – no question! He was such a creative genius, always reinventing himself and breaking boundaries. I’d have loved to sit down over dinner and hear about his journey, his inspirations, and the stories behind the music.”

Celebrating National Pet Day! 🐾 Hi Hoomans, it’s Lana and Wanda here – and we’re here to tell you all about our busy life! ✨

Let’s start with the basics so you can keep up…

We’re 1 years young, but trust us – we’ve got the whole house wrapped around our little paws. Especially our human, Connor Lane (he says he works in Recruitment at Komplex… but let’s be real, he works for us) 😼

We’re sisters and bestfriends.... Whether it’s nap time or snack time, we do everything together. You’ll always find us side by side – snoozing in a sunbeam or plotting our next chaotic adventure 💕

Now here’s something that might surprise you… we play fetch. Yep, like actual dogs but were better at it 💅

Throw our ball, and we’ll bring it right back. But if you don’t? Oh, you’ll hear about it. One loud meow at a time 😹

Our favourite part of the day? Probably bossing Connor around and doing zoomies at 2am. Life is good 😎
